The Dogwood evokes the charm of a traditional Southern cottage in an affordable, compact design. Its simplicity and use of standard sizes in building materials make the house economical to build. Simply laid out, this one-level design from our Cottage Collection emphasizes open planning and features 9-foot ceilings. Shared spaces make the house expansive and comfortable. Two bedrooms flank the living areas and provide privacy for owners and children or guests. A large deck accesses the bedrooms. William H. Phillips, Jr., of Dauphin Island, Alabama, provided the design for our Dogwood plan.
